SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION AND KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT

Project Description: Wanting to add value to their property, the client came to DKRO Designs wanting plans and designs for an extension within the property, with the addition of 3D imagery to help them visualise the space before it is even built. DKRO assist the client with completing drawing plans for their planning application and building control in compliant with building regulations. The 3D imagery supported the application submitted as it helped the planning officer understand the words clears and the impact it will have on the property.

As a result, the client was extremely excited and happy to receive all the 2D plans and 3D imagery ready to go ahead an build the extension in 2023.
