About This Project

A substantial oak pergola built around the mature tree that already anchored this garden, so the canopy grows through and over the frame rather than competing with it. The pergola sits on a porcelain patio laid the full width of the plot, and the tired boundary was replaced with new close-board fencing that lifts the whole space. A fresh lawn and gravel borders finish the scheme.
